Hi! I'm Natasha! When I first became a Holistic Nutritionist over 13 years ago, I knew I wanted to help people just like you -- because women, and especially women over 35, are bombarded with so much misinformation about what it takes to look and feel their best.

Before I became a women's wellness expert, I believed that in order to stay slim, energized, and focused I needed to follow a restrictive diet, do tons of cardio, and fast for 16+ hours per day.
